This is a President who himself loves the socialist remedies of more spending, more borrowing and more regulation. The Nobel Peace winner, fresh from intensifying the war in Afghanistan and making it his own conflict, now decided to humiliate the Chinese leader in a very public way, implying that China could not be trusted to police her promises of a slower rate of growth in her carbon dioxide emissions. The talks were plunged into further confusion and recrimination."
